By subscribing to the Classic Car Club you are subscribing to all of the Classic Car Club services. Unsubscribing from any of the services is easy and you can unsubscribe from each service at the bottom of the relevant Classic Car Club service email. This website is intended for adults, and some of the content may be of a more adult nature. We make every effort to make all content as accurate as possible; please let us know if you spot something that you think is not correct. However, all content is for informational purposes only. We are not giving advice and please do not treat anything you read on this website as advice or guidance. Views expressed on this site are our own or those of our readers who have provided user content. Images and information used on this site are readily and freely available on the internet, or licensed to be used by their owners. Wherever possible, we will credit the author or originator of content.

We at Classic Car Members Club Ltd welcome your comments, opinions, stories, photographs, videos, audio files and images (together ‘user content’), but please be aware of the following terms, which you are deemed to have accepted:

User content must be appropriate, civil, tasteful and accord with generally accepted standards of etiquette and behaviour on the internet.

We may publish user content on this website or associated social media, but we do not assume or have any responsibility or liability for it.

When you submit user content you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute that user content in any existing or future media.

User content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party. You must not submit any user content that is or ever has been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

When you submit user content you warrant that you have the right to do so and that you are not infringing somebody else’s right over that content by doing so.

We at our sole discretion reserve the right not to publish user content in part or whole, and to make additions or deletions to, edit, crop or arrange it. We may do so without giving any reason but you should note that user content that is off-topic or unnecessarily antagonistic is likely to be rejected. Any comments may be moderated before publication.

We shall make no payment for user content.

Please remember: when you make something publicly available on the internet, it becomes practically impossible to take down all copies of it.

If you take part in a film which we film, or a photoshoot, you are responsible for your car and property while doing so. (While you drive your car you are responsible; if we drive it we are covered by our London Classic Autos Ltd insurance.)

General These terms and conditions, together with the terms and conditions that are specific to any Competition (as defined below) (the ‘Competition Terms’) are known as the ‘Rules’.

In the event of any conflict between the Competition Terms and our Standard Terms, the Competition Terms shall prevail. The Rules apply to any competition (the ‘Competition’) that is promoted by or on behalf of Classic Car Members Club Ltd or London Classic Autos Ltd known collectively here as the Classic Car Club (‘CCC’). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by the Rules. Third Party competitions that appear on our site our bound by the rules of the relevant Third Party Competition Terms & Conditions. CCC reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/or the Rules without notice for any event that is outside of CCC’s reasonable control. Any changes to the Rules, or cancellation of the Competition, will be posted on the Classic Car Club website (www.classiccarclub.co.uk). It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Rules. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Competition, or any other matter relating to a Competition, the decision of CCC shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by CCC.

Competition Entrants By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your Entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. CCC reserves the right to verify any information contained in your Entry and/or your eligibility to enter the Competition. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, the Competition is only open to persons who are resident in the United Kingdom and persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom may not apply. Where a Competition is open to persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom, no person may enter the Competition if the Competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, the Competition is open to persons over 18 years of age but some prizes that are associated with driving experiences or use of a car supplied by London Classic Autos Ltd or similar third party prizes, may only be used by a person over 25 years of age who holds a clean and full UK driving license. Such prizes however are transferable if the winner is under 25 years of age. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity. CCC reserve the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the Rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules could lead to CCC disqualifying that person, without CCC giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge. Any person that is: (a) an employee of any company involved in the Competition (including CCC); or (b) a family member of such employee, is not eligible to enter the Competition. CCC reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Competition as a result of this Rule. In the event that a Prize-winner is disqualified from the Competition, CCC will, unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, select an alternative Prize-winner in the same manner as the original Prize-winner and such selection will be subject to the Rules.

Competition Entries Entries must be made by the Closing Date and in the manner set out in the Competition Terms. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. There is no requirement to make any purchase or access the website in order to enter a Competition. Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Terms, only one Entry per person is permitted. In the event that CCC discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple Entries, such person and any Entries made by them shall be disqualified and, if such Entrant has already been selected as a Prize-winner, an alternative Prize-winner will be selected in accordance with the rules. Unless otherwise set out in the Competition Terms, CCC accepts no responsibility for the return of any Entries.

Prize-winners Prize-winners will be selected and notified by email or mobile phone. No prize will be awarded where any entrant has committed any form of misconduct (as determined by CCC in its sole discretion). Prizes have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason CCC reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Prizes must be accepted in the manner set out in the Prize Notification. In the event that any Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable or any Prize-winner fails to validly reply to a Prize Notification within 28 days, CCC reserves the right to disqualify the Prize-winner and select an alternative Prize-winner.

Liability CCC assured by London Classic Autos Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, death (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering a Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. CCC accepts no responsibility for Entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

Intellectual Property Rights and Data Protection You agree that CCC may use your Entry (whether or not it wins the Competition) for any promotional purpose (for example, placing you on our subscription list for weekly or Monthly emails, texts or newsletters from Classic Car Club. Any personal information relating to entrants will be used solely by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (see our Privacy Policy). All Prize-winners unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting any prize) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves and disclosure of their Town or City of residence (if such Prize-winner is resident within the UK) or country of residence (if such Prize-winner is resident outside the UK); and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Competition publicity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction The Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Competition), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Rules or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
